We specialize in sharpening high-end European and Japanese
kitchen cutlery. This includes kitchen knives and kitchen shears.
All blades are sharpened by hand and finished to the sharpest
edge possible.

The Knife Guys carries a full range of kitchen supplies and equipment—everything for the front-of-the-house to the back-of-the-house. Products include small wares, uniforms, steam table pans, food storage, bar supplies, flatware, china, glass, stemware and disposables. All products, including specialty chef tools and professional knives, are available at our retail store.

Our Premium Knife Service is a sharpening service specifically designed for the food service industry. Each customer in the program has their own dedicated set of knives—actually two sets—one that is in use and one that is being sharpened. Knife sets are exchanged every 1 to 2 weeks and are delivered by your kitchen by a Knife Guys customer representative. Sets can include as many knives and knife styles as needed and can be changed with the prep needs of your menu.

City. North to Thorton, south to Castle Rock.
